This privacy policy applies to the Bubble Popper app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, that was created by Wibes LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an ad-supported, free-to-play game. This service is provided "AS IS."
The Application does not require you to create an account and does not itself collect personally identifiable information from you. The Application has no backend servers operated by the Service Provider.
However, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, including your device's advertising identifier and other device identifiers, for the purpose of serving and measuring advertisements and providing core platform and gaming features. The Application displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads. This data may be shared with Google and its advertising partners for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can reset or limit the use of this advertising identifier at any time:
On iOS, the Application uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework to request your permission before your data is used for personalized advertising. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other applicable regions, the Application presents a Google-certified consent (UMP) form that lets you accept or decline personalized advertising. Declining does not remove ads; it limits ad personalization.
The Application includes an optional leaderboard feature. On iOS this is provided by Apple Game Center, and on Android by Google Play Games Services. If you choose to sign in and submit a score, your score and the public display name (alias) associated with your Apple or Google gaming profile are processed and stored by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies. The Service Provider does not operate its own servers and does not separately collect or store your leaderboard scores or gaming profile.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application is not directed to children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (wibes.llc@gmail.com) so that the necessary action can be taken.
The Service Provider does not itself retain personal data. Any data collected by the third-party services listed above is retained and handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies, for as long as necessary to provide their services and as required by applicable law (generally up to 24 months for advertising data).
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have certain data protection rights, including the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data, and the right to object to or restrict its processing. Because the Service Provider does not itself collect or store your personal data, requests relating to data collected by the third-party services should also be directed to those providers. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Data collected by the Application's third-party services is transmitted using encryption in transit (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee its absolute security.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with a new effective date. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
