Disha Lohia has spent over nine years building large-scale backend systems and leading the engineering teams behind them.
At Amazon, she served as a Software Development Manager and designed catalog authorization systems that handled more than 800 million requests a day. Most recently, as a Staff Engineer at a venture-backed startup, she led the architecture of data pipelines that processed computer vision and IoT data, built automation workflows, and worked with C-suite leadership on engineering strategy.
A Computer Science graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a certified Google Cloud Generative AI Leader, she has built across AWS and Azure and has hands-on experience integrating AI into production systems.
She founded Wibes to combine her own experience with that of her advisors, and to put that firsthand expertise directly to work helping companies reach their goals.
Raj advises Wibes on strategy, enterprise data architecture and AI adoption. He brings three decades of technology and business experience, beginning at Tata Burroughs and spanning government agencies, global enterprises and growth-stage companies, with credentials across Google Cloud, AWS, Snowflake, Qlik and project management.
