At Amazon, she served as a Software Development Manager and designed catalog authorization systems that handled more than 800 million requests a day. Most recently, as a Staff Engineer at a venture-backed startup, she led the architecture of data pipelines that processed computer vision and IoT data, built automation workflows, and worked with C-suite leadership on engineering strategy.
A Computer Science graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a certified Google Cloud Generative AI Leader, she has built across AWS and Azure and has hands-on experience integrating AI into production systems.
She founded Wibes to combine her own experience with that of her advisors, and to put that firsthand expertise directly to work helping companies reach their goals.
Raj Koul is a business strategy and technology executive with deep expertise in enterprise data architecture and AI-driven transformation. Over a career of more than three decades, beginning at Tata Burroughs, he has led complex technology programs for government agencies, global enterprises, and growth-stage companies.
His current focus is practical AI adoption: helping organizations design and implement agentic AI solutions, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and AI strategies grounded in measurable business outcomes rather than hype. He also leads custom software development and mobile application initiatives, and serves as a fractional CTO for organizations modernizing their technology.
Raj holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and is a Google Cloud Certified Generative AI Leader, with additional credentials in AWS, Snowflake, Qlik data integration, and project management (PMP and CSM).
