Disha built a sandbox environment where the product team can try new logic conditions against real production data, and an audit tool that shows sandbox and production results side by side, so they can decide when the sandbox logic is ready to promote to production.
The product return process used to involve a human support agent manually checking return eligibility rules and generating a shipping label by hand for every request. Disha fully automated the process with a self-service form where the customer selects only the items that are eligible for return, and the label arrives by email automatically. Eligibility rules live in the CMS, so the team can change them without a deploy.
